As a lifelong resident of the Kansas City Northland, I’ve spent over 30 years getting to know the heartbeat of this community — its neighborhoods, its people, and the ever-evolving Kansas City real estate market.  

Since founding Beacon Realty LLC in 2022, based in Excelsior Springs, MO, I’ve proudly served clients across the Kansas City Metro with a clear vision: to combine local expertise, cutting-edge technology, and a deep commitment to client success through our exceptional Realtor services.  

At Beacon, I operate a tight-knit real estate team of Realtors who specialize in working with first-time home buyers, helping them secure the best possible deal without sacrificing their wants or needs. We work hard to save our buyers money; and we do it with integrity, passion, and transparency.  

As the Broker of Beacon Realty, I’m intentional about who joins our team. I seek out Realtors who are genuine, driven, and honest—people who care about doing what’s right, not just what’s easy. While I personally lean toward a professional and direct communication style, my team includes a healthy mix of bubbly personalities, good-ole-boys, and easygoing, down-to-earth agents — because we believe in meeting clients where they are and creating a comfortable, personalized experience.

Lindsay is the behind-the-scenes organizer who helps keep your transaction moving smoothly from contract to closing. She works closely with our Realtors, lenders, title companies, and all parties involved to help make sure deadlines are met, documents are completed, and nothing gets overlooked along the way.

Throughout your home buying journey, you’ll likely receive emails and updates from Lindsay as she helps manage the transaction timeline and keeps everyone on the same page.

Amber Jordan is one of our Transaction Coordinators at Beacon Realty! Amber has a background in Title, Escrow, and Commercial Real Estate. In addition to being the behind-the-scenes organizer who helps keep your transaction moving smoothly from contract to closing, she also reviews your Title Commitment and Closing Statement making sure nothing gets overlooked. She works closely with our Realtors, lenders, title companies, and all parties involved to help make sure deadlines are met, documents are completed, and nothing gets overlooked along the way.
